Investors Trust Realty Group announces plan to structure operating
partnerships with individuals and real estate companies to grow it's
management business. Investors Trust Realty Group, Inc. currently
provides management services in the Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino
and Riverside markets.
2nd Quarter 2009
Investors Trust Realty Group opens regional markets in Fontana and
Corona Valley to expand management and receiverships services. With the
high volume of REO properties, the company is expanding to these markets
to offer management and investment services to banks and investors.
1st Quarter 2009
Investors Trust Realty Group announces the formation of Bandido
Investments to purchase non-performing assets and single family homes
throughout the inland empire. Initial fund is a $10 million venture.
December 2008
Investors Trust announces the sale of the Citizens Bank office complex
in Santa Ana, California to Coronado Investments, LLC, a partnership of
Morlin Asset Management. The 35,000 sq. ft. office building was 92%
occupied and sold for a price of $7.4 million and a capitalization rate
of 5.5.
November 2007
Investors Trust Realty Group has been selected as the management
company for Mountain Gate Home Owners Association in Upland, CA.
The 37 home community selected Investors Trust Realty Group to enhance
the properties common areas and implement a financial budget and
plan for the association.
December 2007
Investors Trust Realty Group announces completion of renovation
& repositioning of Nubia Industrial Park in Baldwin Park, CA. The
35,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant industrial building underwent extensive
capital improvements and rents were increased approximately 40%
to stabilize the property. The property is now 100% occupied.
January 2008
Investors Trust Realty Group announces that it has been approved
as a candidate to become a Certified Property Management Company
(CPM®) by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Less than 5%
of the nation’s management companies are approved to be a
designated CPM® organization.
January 2008
Investors Trust Realty Group awards design for the San Dimas Court
mixed use project to Urban Design Communities of Long Beach. The
project will feature 27 For Sale town homes and approximately 20,000
sq. ft. of retail office space.
