Since 1987, Investors Trust Realty Group Inc. has been providing professional property management services throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire.  As a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, we are experienced professionals who are able to tailor a management plan specific to your needs. 

 

Our first objective is to understand your expectations and the needs you require which will help us to better serve you.  We design a management plan for each property or Home Owner’s Association to ensure that attainable and specific goals are achieved.   We develop performance targets for each property to ensure that all expectations are met.

 

Client services include:

 

1.       Full service accounting utilizing Yardi Certified Software which includes monthly reports for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and cost budgeting.  All financial reporting is reviewed by a licensed CPA.  Each individual property maintains its own separate trust account.

2.       Facilities maintenance supervision for all vendors including grounds, unit renovations, capital improvements and major renovations.  We also have an in-house maintenance department to handle routine maintenance or emergencies.

3.       Full legal assistance with dues collections, rental evictions, small claims court matters and court receiverships.

4.       Assistance with leasing and renting of income properties with creative and pro-active marketing efforts.

5.       Insurance review to assure that adequate coverage is in place to cover insurable events as needed.
